Our brand-new Trout Temptation is a silky, elegant spread made from Wild Irish trout gently poached, folded with hand-flaked smoked trout, and finished with a light crème fraîche dressing lifted with lemon and fine herbs. Perfect for Christmas entertaining and effortless at home.

Each batch is handmade in North County Dublin using responsibly sourced wild Irish fish. The blend of poached and smoked trout gives a subtle, natural depth, while the crème fraîche and herbs create a bright, luxurious finish. Serve it as part of a grazing board, with warm blinis, crackers or toasted sourdough.

How to Serve

Chill well before serving. Spoon onto crackers, sourdough or warm blinis and finish with fresh herbs, lemon zest or pickles if you like. Ready to eat straight from the tub.
