Founded by Niall Sabongi, Klaw is dedicated to transforming the way people experience Irish seafood, bringing vibrant, flavourful dishes to everyone—from our lively Seafood Café in Dublin to our award-winning Salty Buoy food truck on the road. We source responsibly, celebrate local waters, and innovate constantly, creating a relaxed, approachable atmosphere that welcomes all. Whether dining in or enjoying our Seafood Suppers range at home, Klaw is about sharing a love for Irish seafood in every bite.

The Seafood Cafe

Nestled in the heart of Dublin, The Seafood Café by Klaw brings an immersive dining experience like no other. With an open kitchen, bar-top seating, and a menu that showcases the freshest local catch, it’s a place where seafood lovers come to indulge. From shucked oysters to seafood platters, every dish celebrates sustainable, Irish-sourced seafood. Winner of multiple awards, The Seafood Café is casual dining at its finest – where great food meets a fun, vibrant atmosphere.

The Salty Buoy

Our award-winning food truck, Salty Buoy, takes Klaw’s love for seafood on the road. From the scenic Skerries Sailing Club in summer to festivals, private events, and corporate gatherings across the country, Salty Buoy delivers fresh, sustainable seafood wherever you are. With a menu that celebrates the best of the sea, this mobile experience brings our signature flavours to every corner of Ireland, one delicious dish at a time.

Klaw

Klaw Oyster and Crab Shack was founded in 2015 by Niall Sabongi, bringing a super casual and unapologetically fun style of seafood dining to Dublin. As the first of its kind in the city, Klaw became a trailblazer, quickly gaining national and international fame. Featured in everything from Lonely Planet to The New York Times and winning numerous awards year after year, Klaw captured lightning in a bottle with its wild, loud, and delicious take on Irish seafood.

Commitment

From the start, Klaw’s mission has been simple: to share my love of Irish seafood and make it available for everyone to enjoy. We can’t wait to return with the original Klaw just in time for St. Patrick’s Day 2025. Here’s to a decade of delicious Irish seafood and many more to come!
