Partnering with two low-impact fishing boats along the East Coast, we provide stunning Dublin Bay Scallops, harvested with care by stewards of the sea. From the West Coast, we source the exceptional Currach Caught Scallops—the only scallops in Ireland that can legally be sold live and in the shell.

These West Coast scallops are hand-fished using time-honoured methods, passed down through generations. In a pristine bay, fishers use traditional currachs and a hand-over-hand harvesting technique to ensure minimal environmental impact while preserving Ireland’s rich fishing heritage. This process makes them the most sustainable scallops available on the island.

We’ve gone the extra mile to make this possible. In partnership with the Sea-Fisheries Protection Authority (SFPA), we became the first in Ireland licensed to sell live scallops in the shell, packaged with environmentally friendly materials to ensure the freshest, most sustainable product possible. These scallops are a true celebration of the sea: naturally sweet, briny, and with a firm texture that makes every bite memorable.
