This is our signature Smoked salmon. It took us ages to find a smoke house that would smoke to our recipe and it’s something we are really proud of. You will notice the label reads ‘ The Urban Monger’ which is a concept Niall has been working on for many years.

This is our signature smoked salmon, crafted in small batches using a traditional rope-hung method that gives the fish its incredible texture and clean, balanced smoke. The result is a side of salmon that feels luxurious but still unmistakably Irish: firm, buttery, gently salty, and never overpowering.

We spent years refining the recipe and finding a smokehouse willing to produce it exactly to our standards. The difference shows in every slice. It flakes naturally, holds its shape, and delivers the depth of flavour you only get from slow curing and proper hanging.

Sliced or Unsliced — and Why Unsliced Wins

You can choose between sliced and unsliced sides.
The unsliced side is the recommended option. Carve it the way you’d carve a good ham: cut straight down rather than on an angle. This keeps the structure intact and gives you the perfect balance of smoke, salmon, and salt with every cut. The flavour is noticeably better when you slice it fresh.
