Our Thai-Style Concoct Cod Curry is one of our most celebrated Seafood Suppers, a multi-award-winning dish and proud finalist in the coveted Blas na hÉireann awards. We make it with line-caught Irish cod, gently simmered in a fragrant coconut broth layered with lemongrass, chilli, ginger, and our own roasted fish stock. It’s aromatic, warming, and naturally gluten-free.

Each pack feeds two and comes in handy, resealable tubs that stack neatly in the fridge and are fully suitable for home freezing. Perfect for midweek dinners, last-minute meals, or stocking the freezer with something genuinely good.

You also get steamed rice and a tub of our signature Chilli Crisp, made in-house and designed to spoon over the curry after heating for extra crunch, heat, and depth.

Heating is simple:

  • For best flavour, warm the curry gently in a pot.
