Sweet, wild-caught gamba prawns, raw and split, ready for the grill. Each portion comes with our house sumac–harissa compound butter for easy cooking, plus coriander, crispy onion and lime to finish. A stunning starter or snack — bold, aromatic and effortless to prepare.


How to Cook

  • Preheat your grill or pan to high.

  • Brush the prawns generously with the compound butter.

  • Grill cut-side down for 1 minute, then shell-side down for 1–2 minutes until just cooked.

  • Top with coriander, crispy onion and a squeeze of lime.

Serve immediately — messy, delicious and perfect for sharing.
