To kick off the season in proper style, we’re offering our luscious Lobster Thermidor — a decadent classic made with two Irish pot-caught lobsters, prepared with a rich Thermidor sauce and topped with Gruyère.
It’s indulgent, elegant, and effortless to serve at home.
This dish serves two as a main or four as a starter.
How to Heat
Place the lobsters on a lined tray and warm gently until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
Serve immediately with a squeeze of lemon or a simple green salad.
