Two Irish pot-caught lobsters, prepared with a rich Thermidor sauce and topped with melted Gruyère.

How to Heat
Place the lobsters on a lined tray and warm gently until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
Serve immediately with a squeeze of lemon or a simple green salad.
