Seafood Terrine de Campagne
Our take on the French country terrine — a beautifully layered mix of tuna, organic salmon, prawns, and sole, wrapped in Fingal Ferguson’s streaky bacon.
It slices cleanly, looks stunning on the table, and makes an effortless centrepiece for Christmas entertaining.
Each terrine serves 6–8 people with plenty left over for snacking. It comes with our bright, tangy pineapple piccalilli. All you need is crusty bread and a few simple leaves to finish the plate.
*Suitable for freezing.
How to Serve
Slice the terrine thickly and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Pair with the pineapple piccalilli, good bread, and a crisp salad for balance.
