Grown in the clean, fast-moving tides of Carlingford Lough, Cooley Rock Oysters are plump, briny, and beautifully balanced. The combination of rich minerals from the Cooley Mountains and the crisp Atlantic water gives these oysters their distinctive sweet–salty finish and firm texture.
Each oyster is hand-graded and tide-finished, ensuring consistent shape and flavour. Perfect for events, dinner parties, or oyster lovers who like to shuck their own at home.
