Hand-harvested from the pristine waters of Galway Bay, Kelly’s Native Oysters are Ireland’s most celebrated oyster — deep-shelled, briny, and full of wild Atlantic character. Each oyster is naturally grown on the seabed and finished in Kelly’s tidal “cleansing ponds,” giving them their signature clean, sweet finish.
Expect a perfect balance of saline minerality and nutty depth, with the lingering sweetness that only true native (Ostrea edulis) oysters deliver. Ideal served simply over ice with a squeeze of lemon or a dash of mignonette.
