When done properly, farming can deliver consistent quality while reducing pressure on wild stocks. We source only from the very best farms, chosen for their high welfare standards, strong environmental controls, and commitment to responsible feed, stocking densities, and water quality. These farms are independently certified and continuously monitored to ensure best practice at every stage.
