This Wild Irish Native Flat Oyster has a unique taste and comes hand-selected by our friends in Kelly’s Oysters.  They are grown in self-sustaining oyster beds.  They are considered the best tasting oysters in the world and are juicy, buttery and succulently strong.  Their flavour is unique and due to their environment where the ocean’s tide blends with the rich, fresh waters of the Clarinbridge and Kilcolgan Rivers.

Storage Tips

  • Best to keep in a ventilated container with a lid.
  • it is important to store deep shell (cup side) down to retain their wonderful juices.
  • Never immerse in water.
  • Can be stored for up to 1 week after delivery.
  • Store between 4 to 10 degrees so not necessarily in the fridge.  An outside garage or shed may be okay if the temperature is suitable.
